Acceptance
By accessing contentcreekbase.click or engaging Content Creekbase for programming consulting related to developer documentation systems and knowledge base structuring, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.
Services described
Pages describing consultations, rates, and processes are informational. A binding engagement exists only after both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work. Fees, timelines, and deliverables in a proposal supersede marketing summaries on this site.
Intellectual property
Site content — text, visual design, and materials we publish — belongs to Content Creekbase or its licensors. Client deliverables produced under a paid engagement are assigned or licensed as stated in the applicable proposal. You may not copy our site materials for commercial reuse without written permission.
Client materials
You retain ownership of documentation, repositories, and confidential information you share with us. You grant us a limited license to use those materials solely to perform the engagement. We do not claim ownership of your product documentation.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to systems, submit malicious content through forms, or use our materials to misrepresent an affiliation with Content Creekbase.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Content Creekbase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from reliance on general information published here. For paid engagements, liability caps and remedies are defined in the proposal. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Warranties
The website is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Consulting deliverables carry only the warranties expressly stated in the engagement documents.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any dispute-resolution clause in a signed engagement.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
