Data we collect

  • Contact form submissions: name, email, optional consultation interest, scope notes, and message content.
  • Correspondence: emails and call notes related to scoping or delivery.
  • Technical data: essential cookies and, if you accept, analytics cookies as described on our cookies page.
  • Engagement materials: documentation access and personal data incidental to client content you share (processed under the engagement and your instructions).

We do not ask for national ID numbers, payment card details, or other sensitive categories through the public contact form.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver consulting work, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Depending on context, we rely on steps prior to entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a consulting practice, consent for optional analytics cookies, and legal obligations where applicable under Thai law.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal claim. We may use email, hosting, and office tools that process data in Thailand or abroad. Where international transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Thai requirements and our contracts with providers.
