About
A Bangkok practice devoted to developer documentation systems and knowledge base structuring.
Why we exist
Engineering teams in Thailand and across the region ship capable software, yet their documentation often trails the product by months. Content Creekbase started as a small consulting practice to close that gap: not by selling another publishing tool, but by sitting with the people who write and read the docs.
Origin
The practice began after years of freelance programming consulting where the same pattern repeated — strong codebases, fragmented wikis, and onboarding that lived in private messages. Clients asked for help structuring knowledge bases and public developer documentation systems, so the work became the firm’s center.
How we work
We treat documentation as editorial craft plus systems thinking. That means interviewing owners, reading the pages that actually get used, and proposing structures that match how your teams already search. We write when you need drafting; we facilitate when you need decisions; we leave when your internal writers can carry the map.
Values
- Specificity over slogans — Recommendations name pages, owners, and sequences.
- Respect for existing effort — We rarely suggest burning the wiki down.
- Clear boundaries — Consulting deliverables are documents and workshops, not indefinite presence unless you retain us.
Location
We are based in Bangkok and work on-site when the engagement benefits from whiteboard sessions, or remotely when repositories and video calls suffice.
